首先给大家分享一件高兴的事:2017年12月12日也就是去年的今天,习近平总书记来到徐工,所以,今天我来参加这个会议都是快乐,把这个也分享给大家。同是做企业,各有各的难处,有大难处也有小难处。徐工是一个技术积淀、人才积淀、文化积淀很深厚的企业,我们的产业也是激烈竞争的产业。传统制造业的徐工产生了一批信息化工程师,我们给搭建了一个平台,成立了徐工信息技术有限公司,这个公司就是智能制造的主体力量。这个产业没有现成的模式可以学,就要结合自己的产品实践去做,因为这是一个高零散性、多品种、小批量很难做智能制造的产业。所以,对于我们,不锈钢反应釜选择了这个道路并克服遇到的困难,才使企业成本下降、效率提高、质量稳步上升,而且用户越来越信赖产品并在远程维护上给了很大保障。
40年前产品是5吨的机械式起重机,现在是4000吨的智能化起重机,这台4000吨级的起重机堪称世界第一,这个变化从产品上就能看出来。王民谈智能制造主持人:从制造到智造,智能制造带来哪些改变?王民:我们的汽车起重机有一个很重要的关键零部件叫转台,转台是连接底盘和上面工作装置的重要部件,通过我们生产线的建成,我们实现自动矫正、自动焊接、多品种小批量、重载物流,保证质量一致性。这条生产线过去一天只能制造25个转台,现在可以制造50个转台,而且工作人员由25个人降到3个人。这就是效率,这就是成本竞争。将来的企业不仅仅是高技术、高质量,还要看谁的成本低。
1999年我做徐工集团董事长的时候,徐工共25000人,30亿,现在是23000人,1000亿。将来徐工做到2000亿,依然不能超过25000人,这就是智能制造体现的竞争力。将来电加热反应釜企业的竞争是成本的竞争。不仅是高技术、高质量,还要看谁的成本低。
去年总书记来到徐工,他特别关注徐工的智能控制。起重机有上车和行驶两部分,在过去需要很多手柄控制,之后变为按钮,徐工通过三次升级变为一键操作,上车下车一键搞定,这就是智能化的生产线制造出智能化的产品。

Forty years ago, the product was a 5-ton mechanical crane. Now it is a 4,000-ton intelligent crane. This 4,000-ton crane ranks first in the world. This change can be seen from the product. Wang Min talks about the host of intelligent manufacturing: From manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, what changes does intelligent manufacturing bring? Wang Min: Our truck crane has a very important key component called turntable. Turntable is an important component connecting chassis and upper working device. Through the construction of our production line, we can achieve automatic rectification, automatic welding, multi-varieties, small batch, heavy-duty logistics, and ensure quality consistency. This production line used to produce only 25 turntables a day, but now it can produce 50 turntables, and the staff has been reduced from 25 to 3. This is efficiency. This is cost competition. Future enterprises are not only high-tech and high-quality, but also depend on whose cost is low.
When I was the chairman of Xugong Group in 1999, Xugong had 25,000 people, 3 billion. Now it has 23,000 people and 100 billion people. Xugong will achieve 200 billion yuan in the future, but still not more than 25,000 people, which is the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing. In the future, the competition of enterprises will be cost competition. It is not only high technology and high quality, but also depends on whose cost is low.
Last year, General Secretary came to Xugong. He paid special attention to the intelligent control of Xugong. Crane has two parts, boarding and driving. In the past, it needed a lot of handle control, and then it turned into a button. Xugong changed three upgrades into one key operation, boarding and getting off one key, which is the intelligent production line to produce intelligent products.
