不锈钢反应釜

1、内罐体按工艺需要采用不锈钢(SUS304、SUS316L或SUS321)等材料制造，内表面镜面抛光处理，可在线CIP清洗、SIP灭菌，符合卫生规范要求。

2、夹套按工艺需要采用不锈钢(SUS304)或碳钢(Q235-B)等。

3、适宜的径高比设计，按需定制搅拌装置；搅拌轴封采用耐压卫生机械密封装置，以保持罐内的工作压力及防止罐内物料泄漏而造成不必要的污染与物料损耗。

4、支承型式按操作要求采用悬挂支耳式或落地支腿式。

不锈钢反应釜具有加热迅速、耐高温、耐腐蚀、卫生、无环境污染、勿需锅炉自动加温、使用方便等特点，广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品、用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程，是以参加反应物质的充分混合为前提，对于加热、冷却、和液体萃取以及气体吸收等物理变化过程均需要采用搅拌装置才能得到到好的效果，并可为客户设计，加工外盘管反应釜。

Appropriate diameter-to-height ratio design and customized mixing device as required; The mixing shaft seal adopts a pressure-resistant sanitary mechanical seal device to maintain the working pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution and material loss caused by material leakage in the tank.
